Chart Realm is an unofficial visual overlay/customization tool for supported chart pages. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TradingView. Chart Realm does not execute trades, provide financial advice, provide trading signals, or collect brokerage credentials.

Chart Realm support cannot provide trading advice, investment recommendations, brokerage account help, order execution help, or TradingView account support.

Complete Launch Collection

We are preparing further improvements for Chrome Web Store review before the collection launches. At launch it will cost $29.99 one time, plus applicable checkout taxes, with three activated devices and no license expiry. The free demo is Classic Retro stage one. Future releases outside this collection may be sold separately.

Get started after launch

The collection has not launched yet. These steps describe the launch experience; paid checkout and collection downloads are not open yet.

1. Install Chart Realm from its official Chrome Web Store listing, linked from our homepage when available. You will not need Developer mode, a ZIP file or an unpacked folder.
2. Open or refresh a TradingView chart. Open Chart Realm from Chrome's extensions menu and turn it on.
3. Choose the main price chart containing your candles. Match the original rising and falling candle colors if asked, especially if you use custom colors.
4. Choose Classic Retro to try the free first stage. You do not need to purchase the collection to try it.
5. Choose Just the chart or turn Chart Realm off when you want to return to your ordinary chart.

Activate your purchase

1. After purchasing through the official checkout, keep your receipt and purchase key.
2. Open Unlock launch collection in Chart Realm, enter the key from your receipt, and select Unlock / Refresh.
3. Once access is confirmed, choose the game you want and download its content when prompted.

Your license supports up to three activated devices and has no expiry. A separate browser profile may use a separate activation. To free a slot, open Chart Realm on that installation and select Deactivate device. If the old device is unavailable, contact support; do not buy another license to resolve a device-limit problem.

Download a game once, then play

Open the game's Downloads prompt or Manage downloads & storage. Start the download and keep the page open until verification finishes. The extension installs the files for you; there is nothing to extract or move into folders.

Use Return when installation is complete. If you closed the original chart or chose a different experience, select the game again from your chart. Downloads do not force you back to an older selection.

Content is stored in this browser profile and must be downloaded separately on another device. TradingView and live chart data require an internet connection. Downloaded media can be reused without downloading it again. If the license service is temporarily unavailable, previously verified paid access may continue for a limited grace period before online verification is required. This does not make TradingView available offline, and your license itself has no expiry.

Fix a problem without losing your progress

• Download interrupted: reconnect and retry. Verified files are reused; the unfinished file starts again.
• Content missing or damaged: use the Downloads repair control. Removing a game download frees media storage separately from saved progress.
• Access needs refreshing: reconnect and use Unlock / Refresh. Check the visible error before changing anything else.
• Device limit reached: deactivate an installation you no longer use, or contact support if you cannot access it.
• Downloads unavailable: before the collection launches this is expected. After launch, keep the visible message and contact support if retrying later does not help.

Do not uninstall or clear browser data as your first troubleshooting step: that can remove local themes, artwork, settings and progress. Keep your source artwork and export theme backups where available.

Chart appearance

If your theme is not visible, choose the correct price chart and match its original rising and falling candle colors. Use Reveal original chart to compare, or Just the chart to restore the plain view.

Local themes and progress

Back up custom themes before uninstalling or clearing browser data. Imported artwork and saved progress are local; automatic cloud backup is not included. Removing game downloads is separate from removing saved progress.

All sales are final. We do not offer discretionary refunds for digital purchases. This does not limit refunds or other remedies required by applicable law, or refunds issued by Lemon Squeezy under its buyer terms. Please try the free Classic Retro stage before purchasing. Contact support for activation or delivery problems.

What To Include In A Support Request

• Chart Realm version.
• Release channel.
• Purchase/access status, not the raw purchase key.
• Active pack name or ID.
• Support diagnostics copied from the popup.
• Browser and operating system.
• Whether the issue happens on all charts or only a specific chart layout.
• TradingView symbol, timeframe, and chart layout type when the issue is visual.

What Not To Send

• Raw purchase keys in public channels.
• Trading signals, investment advice requests, or trade execution instructions.
• Trading account credentials.
• Brokerage credentials.
• Sensitive financial account information.
